YAXI routex ticket issuance: RoutexTicketIssuer with one method per service.

Debtor-side fields that the collect-payment service can include in its result. Pass these as the fields argument to RoutexTicketIssuer.collectPayment; omitting the parameter (or passing null) returns no debtor data.
